Warhorse Rentals , Five Star Equipment's light construction and aerial equipment rental division, is looking for a relationship-driven Outside Rental Sales Representative to help launch our new stand-alone Victor, NY location and grow the local market.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Build a high-activity field rhythm through jobsite visits, customer meetings, ride-alongs, and equipment demonstrations. Identify new projects and accounts while deepening relationships with existing customers. Turn customer needs into solutions with fast, accurate quotes and professionally negotiated rental terms. Own the customer process from quote through delivery and pickup while coordinating with inside rental, dispatch, service, and billing. Track opportunities in CRM, protect margins through value selling, and share competitive market insights with leadership. Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years of successful outside sales experience in construction, rental, or a related industry. Working knowledge of construction equipment and its applications. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills. Comfort using ERP or CDK systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM applications. A valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and ability to work in outdoor conditions. A self-starting, competitive, goal-oriented approach with a team-first mindset.
