WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Guide telephone and walk-in customers to the right aerial, construction, or industrial equipment. Prepare accurate rental quotes and orders, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into rentals. Coordinate with outside rental sales, dispatch, and the branch team to support timely equipment delivery and pickup. Maintain customer records, rental contracts, and transaction activity in company systems. Recommend complementary equipment, attachments, and services while delivering responsive, professional support.
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years of successful inside sales, customer service, or rental-industry experience preferred. Working knowledge of construction equipment and its applications. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with a strong drive to achieve rental targets. Comfort using CDK or similar systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, and internet-based applications. Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
