• Team events & contests We're building a team our guests can count on, which means we need reliable, consistent availability, including:
• Sundays (required)
• At least two evening/night shifts per week(2pm-9pm) Reliable transportation required. What You'll Do This role is guest service at its heart — you'll be the first smile and the last impression every guest remembers.
• Welcome every guest and make them feel like they matter
• Educate guests on our Wax Pass memberships and help them find real value and savings
• Book reservations accurately and keep things running smoothly
• Create new guest profiles and walk guests through our policies clearly and kindly
• Handle confidential information with integrity
• Turn a frustrated guest into a happy one through calm, professional care
• Communicate openly with your leadership team What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (restaurant experience counts!)
• Strong, friendly communication skills with the ability to memorize and utilize scripts
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently
