Super One Liquor is looking for an energetic, trustworthy, and self-motivated individual to join our Liquor Store Management team in the Crosby/Baxter, MN area in a full-time position. The successful candidate will use strong leadership and merchandising skills to assist with managing product levels, maintaining inventory, and making sound business decisions. This position also plays an important role in providing an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational conditions that meet Super One standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist in leading, mentoring, and developing a team of associates to provide courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt service in a friendly atmosphere. Assist with merchandising, product levels, and inventory management. Help make sound business decisions that support store operations and customer service. Provide an exceptional customer experience while maintaining Super One standards. Observe customers and check identification to verify proof of age. Refuse service to underage or intoxicated customers in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Process customer payments by cash, check, or credit card and accurately make change. Operate the computerized cash register system to process sales transactions. Balance and close cash drawers at the end of each shift. Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Starting Wage - $18.00 Available Benefits, Subject to Eligibility -Flexible scheduling, Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, Retirement plans Job Requirements Interest and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Full Time Inspects and documents freight damages. The ability to determine stocking needs, code merchandise, and arrange shelf and floor displays. Proficient with computer applications used in effectively operating the store. Strong customer service and organizational skills. Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills. Minimum Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. Be able to work on your feet for the entire shift. Must be available to work weekends. Be able to multi-task at any given moment. Requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs. High school diploma or equivalent. Compliance with all Federal, State, and Company policies and procedures.
