Job Summary Our company requires the Floor Supervisor to assume the management role of overseeing the floor staff and ensuring guests are receiving the best care possible. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for developing efficient work methods, completing their daily responsibilities and collaborating with employees to increase productivity while maintaining a compassionate and safe environment for patients to access their medicine. This role is a complex one. They will not just be someone who supervises the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management. The Floor Supervisors act as quality control, ensuring patient satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy. Summary of essential job functions Administer the best level of care and service to our guests Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching Receive complaints and resolve problems Manage time efficiently and effectively Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa Prepare and submit weekly progress reports Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises Communicate effectively with other management and employees Open and/or close the shop Abilities and Skills required for the Floor Supervisor position Provide exceptional patient service Ability to effectively communicate via email, phone and in person. Problem solving and problem analysis skills. Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. Reliability, Initiative, Adaptability, Patience and Integrity. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask while keeping accurate documentation. Transportation availability for various errands and in person payment deliveries with the ability to lift up to 25lbs.
