Position:

Assistant Manager We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Manager with experience in fast-casual or drive-thru settings to help lead operations at our farmer-owned restaurant. This role is ideal for someone eager to make a difference, enhance skills, and grow quickly in a dynamic, supportive team environment.

Responsibilities :

Maintain a clean, safe work environment in line with FDA and company standards. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with the GM to manage store expenses, labor costs, and inventory. Assist in promotions, display setups, and customer engagement initiatives. Train and mentor staff on store policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment. Partner with the GM to meet sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in fast-casual or quick-service settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation. Experience with POS systems and inventory management. Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively. High school diploma or equivalent required. Food handling and sanitation knowledge (ServeSafe certification is a plus). Why Join Us?
