Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees; provide ongoing training and development to enhance team performance. Manage daily operations such as cash handling, POS systems, payroll processing, and inventory control. Oversee purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Supervise shift schedules, manage employee orientation programs, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or a related industry with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and operational procedures. Demonstrated ability in recruiting, interviewing, training staff, and team management. Proficiency in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math skills for financial accuracy. Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, stock control, and retail math calculations. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
