About GSI Complete Glass GSI Complete Glass is a family-owned glass and glazing company serving the Inland Northwest since 1992. We handle residential, automotive, and commercial glass — from windows and doors to auto glass and custom shower enclosures — and we back it up with quality work and straight dealing. We're growing, and we need a dependable Shop Manager to keep the operation organized and running smoothly. The Role The Shop Manager keeps the shop stocked, organized, and moving. You'll manage the glass and materials inventory for both custom and auto glass work, receive and check in shipments from our vendors, price incoming auto and custom glass requests, and keep the shop clean and in order so crews have what they need when they need it. This is a hands-on role for someone who's organized, reliable, and takes ownership of the space they run. What You'll Do Manage inventory of glass, materials, and supplies for custom table glass and auto glass work — track stock levels and reorder before things run out Receive shipments from vendors and manufacturer partners (Milgard, Jeld-Wen, Marvin, OrePac, etc.); check materials in against orders and flag shortages, damage, or errors Stage and organize materials by job so installs and auto work are ready to go Price and quote incoming auto glass and custom glass requests for customers Handle customer calls, walk-ins, and requests professionally and get them accurate answers Coordinate with suppliers on orders, lead times, and returns Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe — tools, glass racks, and materials in their place Support the flow of jobs between the shop and install crews What We're Looking For Strong organization — you can juggle inventory, incoming shipments, and customer requests without dropping the ball Reliable and self-directed; you take ownership of keeping the shop in order Comfortable pricing and quoting work, and good with customers on the phone and in person Basic computer skills for inventory, ordering, and quotes Safety-minded and comfortable handling glass and materials Glass, auto glass, building materials, or warehouse/inventory experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person — construction and trades backgrounds welcome Valid driver's license Why GSI Established, respected local company with a 30+ year track record Steady, year-round work across residential, commercial, and auto glass A real role with room to grow as the company grows A team that takes pride in doing the job right How to Apply Send your resume and a quick note about your experience to claytonm@gsiglass.com , or stop by the shop in Deer Park.
