Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Department Assistant for a contract/temporary opportunity. This role supports a busy sales team with administrative coordination, contract review, customer communication, CRM updates, reporting, and order follow-up. This is a strong opportunity for an organized administrative or sales support professional who enjoys variety, teamwork, and contributing directly to sales operations. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team and management to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare reports, complete data entry, review contract information, and manage customer correspondence.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases with current account and activity details.
Assist with order processing, tracking, follow-up activities, and issue resolution.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, sales appointments, and related communication.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally while delivering exceptional service. Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
Job type: Contract/Temporary.

Fri Required Qualifications and Skills
Support sales administration, customer communication, reporting, and contract review activities.
Maintain CRM records, process orders, and complete accurate data entry.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, sales appointments, and follow-up tasks.
Provide responsive customer service to internal teams and external customers.
2+ years of administrative, customer service, or sales support experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience working with CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing contracts, records, and customer information. Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting a sales department or sales operations team.
Experience with order processing, contract review, or customer account maintenance.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business services environment.
