Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales:

Drive revenue by meeting store targets, upselling accessories, and promoting current deals.

Ear Piercing:

Perform safe ear piercings, maintain sterile conditions, and guide young or nervous guests through aftercare.

Store Operations:

Restock shelves, process incoming shipments, execute visual merchandising, and keep the sales floor clean.

Brand Representation:

Share current fashion and social media trends to help customers curate personal accessory looks.

Job Requirements Physical Capability:

Stand for long shifts, climb step stools, and lift up to 25-75 lbs.

Interpersonal Skills:

Demonstrate patience and empathy with children and families, especially during piercing services.

Basic Skills:

Operate a Point of Sale (POS) register, count change, and communicate effectively. All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
