Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales:

Drive revenue by meeting store targets, upselling accessories, and promoting current deals.

Ear Piercing:

Perform safe ear piercings, maintain sterile conditions, and guide young or nervous guests through aftercare.

Store Operations:

Restock shelves, process incoming shipments, execute visual merchandising, and keep the sales floor clean.

Brand Representation:

Share current fashion and social media trends to help customers curate personal accessory looks.

Job Requirements Physical Capability:

Stand for long shifts, climb step stools, and lift up to 25-75 lbs.

Interpersonal Skills:

Demonstrate patience and empathy with children and families, especially during piercing services.

Basic Skills:

Operate a Point of Sale (POS) register, count change, and communicate effectively. The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
