We're a wholesale fashion accessory company and we're looking for a friendly, motivated Account Assistant to join our growing team! You'll support our account managers. If you're detail-oriented, love talking to people, and have an interest in fashion or jewelry, this is job is for you! What You'll Do Support account managers with orders Make calls to buyers to share new arrivals, promotions, and re-order reminders Help put together samples or linesheet for buyers Assist with product showings, video chats Assist buyers in finding suitable products and making purchasing decisions Follow up with new leads and help maintain strong buyer relationships Travel with the sales team for trade events (Travel, hotel, and meals fully covered) What We're Looking For Experience incustomer service or retail Outgoing, friendly personality and not shy in making sales calls Results driven and able to work independently with little or no supervision Good communication skills with proper phone, email, and text etiquette Computer savvy and able to type at least 45 WPM Friendly and comfortable initiating conversations with attendees during trade events Able to travel within the USA and must have a REAL ID or valid Passport Spanish speaking is a plus Interest in fashion or accessories is a big plus!
