This position offers a flexible office schedule, ranging from approximately 10-15 hours per week up to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability and our business needs. Travel is required for this position. You must be available to travel with our sales team to trade shows throughout the U.S. several times per year. What You'll Do At the Office Assist the team with daily sales and customer orders Follow up with buyers by phone, email, and text to introduce new arrivals, promotions, and product updates Provide friendly and professional customer service Support Account Managers with sales-related tasks and order follow-up Help prepare for upcoming trade shows and sales events At Trade Shows Assist the sales team with customer orders and daily sales activity Operate the POS system and handle cashiering during trade events Accurately process payments, order totals, and sales transactions Assist buyers and provide friendly, professional customer service Help keep the booth organized, stocked, and running smoothly in a fast-paced environment Work closely with Account Managers and other team members throughout the event Travel with the sales team to trade shows and sales events throughout the U.S. What We're Looking For Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or cashiering Must be good with numbers and able to handle transactions accurately Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality Strong customer service skills Team player who is willing to help wherever needed Comfortable making follow-up and sales calls to buyers Good phone, email, and text etiquette Computer savvy and able to learn new systems quickly Able to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Spanish speaking is preferred Knowledge of fashion trends, pop culture, jewelry, and accessories is a big plus Travel is a required part of this position. Must be willing and able to travel within the U.S. Must have a valid REAL ID-compliant government-issued ID or valid passport for air travel Approximately 6-10 business trips per year Most trade-show trips are approximately 4-7 days Schedule Office hours are flexible, and we are open to discussing different scheduling options.
