Qualifications:
Sales experience highly preferred. Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses. Have computer experience and good organization skills. High school diploma required, college degree preferred. Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen. Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
