As part of our continued growth, we're seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support deal execution, merchant servicing, operational reporting, and department-specific administrative functions across the organization. Role Overview The Operations Coordinator plays a central role in supporting Magenta's funding and operational workflows. This role assists with preparing agreements, coordinating funding requests, managing merchant servicing inquiries, and supporting the sales team with operational processes. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and dependable individual who can manage multiple priorities efficiently while operating in a fast-paced fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and send merchant agreements and funding contracts Coordinate funding requests and assist with processing transactions Set up ACH debit authorizations and payment configurations for newly funded accounts Coordinate UCC lien filings and maintain proper documentation Manage the company's customer inbox, responding to merchant inquiries, including: Balance requests, Payment adjustments, General account questions Assist with coordinating recoup notices and merchant payment adjustments Maintain and prepare reporting related to customer payment returns Assist with facilitating escalations for delinquent merchant accounts to collections or legal partners as needed Support the sales team by sending bank verification links and assisting with documentation requests Assist with document creation, formatting, and quality assurance — including agreements, reports, and templates Maintain version control and consistency across all internal files and shared drives Support department heads and executives with administrative tasks specific to their departmental needs Handle administrative functions such as scheduling, correspondence, and record organization Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all communications Qualifications 2+ years of administrative, operations, or office management experience (financial services, lending, payments, or professional services preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable supporting operational processes and coordinating across sales, operations, and leadership teams Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset Adaptable and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment where priorities may evolve as the business grows
Compensation & Schedule Salary:
$45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience
Time Off:
Unlimited PTO (with manager approval) + 20+ company holidays annually
