What You'll Do as an Entry Level AT&T Assistant Engage directly with customers in conversations to understand their wireless needs, preferences, and everyday usage Learn and confidently present AT&T products, plans, promotions, and service options Recommend solutions that align with each customer's needs while providing clear and helpful information Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with team members to support daily retail, customer service, and sales goals Follow up on customer questions and provide reliable support throughout the retail experience This Entry Level AT&T Assistant position is designed for individuals who want to gain real-world experience while developing communication, customer service, sales, and leadership skills. What We're Looking For in an Entry-Level AT&T Assistant Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, engage, and explain information clearly Positive, motivated attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment Customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus, but no prior experience is required High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with a strong work ethic and commitment to providing an excellent customer experience
