Nyxa Sales Solutions is seeking a motivated and personable Entry Level AT&T Assistant to join our AT&T Retail team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about technology, and building valuable customer service and sales skills in a professional retail environment. As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you'll work directly with customers to understand their wireless needs, explain AT&T products and services, and help customers find options that fit their everyday needs. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing support, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their career in retail, customer service, sales, or business development. What You'll Do as an Entry Level AT&T Assistant Engage directly with customers in conversations to understand their wireless needs, preferences, and everyday usage Learn and confidently present AT&T products, plans, promotions, and service options Recommend solutions that align with each customer's needs while providing clear and helpful information Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with team members to support daily retail, customer service, and sales goals Follow up on customer questions and provide reliable support throughout the retail experience This Entry Level AT&T Assistant position is designed for individuals who want to gain real-world experience while developing communication, customer service, sales, and leadership skills.
