Role DescriptionThe Inside Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbiana, AL. This role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders for building materials and related products. The Inside Sales Coordinator collaborates with outside sales staff and yard personnel to ensure accurate pricing, product availability, and timely order fulfillment.
Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, providing product information, entering and tracking orders in the system, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining organized records, assisting with inventory or stock checks as needed, and supporting a professional, service-oriented atmosphere at the sales counter.
QualificationsStrong Inside Sales skills, with the ability to manage quotes, follow up on opportunities, and support sales targets.
Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on building relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Ability to work on-site in Columbiana, AL, in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and reliable.
Previous experience in construction supply, retail sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
