About the Role As a Structural Consultant / In-Home Sales Specialist, you'll meet with homeowners to evaluate foundation, crawl space, and concrete concerns, recommend customized repair solutions, and guide customers toward confident, informed decisions. You'll receive base pay throughout training, gradually transitioning to a 100% commission structure as you develop your skills and experience. What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home evaluations during company-provided appointments

• Educate customers, prepare proposals, and confidently close sales

• Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to obtain a contractor CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson registration and pass a background check
• Comfort using technology and working within a commission-based compensation structure following training Preferred Experience Experience in in-home sales, real estate, home inspections, construction, concrete, or home improvement is preferred but not required.

Territory & Schedule We strive to assign appointments near where our consultants live, with territories determined by home location and business needs. Flexibility to travel outside your primary territory is required when necessary. This is a full-time, field-based position involving appointments 5-6 days per week, based on customer availability and business needs.

This position is compensated on a 100% commission basis with uncapped earning potential. Are you comfortable with and motivated by a commission-only compensation structure? Do you have a valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel to customer appointments and attend weekly Tuesday meetings in Livermore, California? This role requires inspecting crawl spaces and occasionally working in confined areas beneath homes. Are you willing and able to perform these essential job functions?
