Position Summary The Customer Retention & Sales Specialist is a sales professional responsible for proactively contacting prospective customers to generate new business as well as reconnecting with customers who have received HVAC and plumbing estimates but have not yet moved forward. Working from the office, this role follows up on unsold estimates, builds customer confidence, overcomes objections, and helps customers schedule approved work. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys sales, thrives on follow-up, and is motivated by helping customers while increasing company revenue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Contacting prospective customers to generate new business. Follow up with customers who have received unsold HVAC and plumbing estimates Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, financing, and scheduling Build rapport with customers, overcome objections, and close sales opportunities Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to schedule approved work Maintain accurate customer notes, estimates, and follow-up activities in ServiceTitan Meet or exceed daily outbound call, follow-up, and sales goals Identify additional opportunities for HVAC and plumbing services when appropriate Provide a professional, positive customer experience on every interaction Ability to conduct sales over the phone with clients Collaborate with management to improve retention strategies and close rates Qualifications Previous customer retention, or outbound sales experience preferred HVAC and plumbing industry experience strongly preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills Experience using ServiceTitan or a similar CRM preferred Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Physical Requirements Primarily office-based; extended periods of sitting and computer use required Ability to communicate clearly by phone for extended periods throughout the day Ability to work in an open office environment with moderate noise levels

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
