Automotive Sales Consultant | Commission-Based Roselle Motors | Roselle, IL Job Description Roselle Motors is looking for motivated, outgoing, and ambitious Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy working with people, and are driven to earn based on their performance.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Build relationships with customers and generate referrals. Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in customers. Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives. Negotiate deals and work toward monthly sales goals. Follow up with prospective buyers. Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Automotive sales experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:
