Join dormakaba as an Inside Sales Representative, where you will play a crucial role in customer support and order processing, from design to production. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and computer skills to ensure all customer inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. Your Impactful Responsibilities Enter and maintain customer and distributor quotations, sales orders, prices, delivery, mode of shipment, and conditions of sale. Initiate a variety of actions regarding quotations, manufacturing requests, engineering work requests, and product delivery. Manage all other aspects of quotation and sales order management and processing. Act as a proactive liaison between customers and other company departments (manufacturing, procurement, engineering, project management) to ensure timely and accurate completion of quotations and order fulfilment. Determine suitable product substitution opportunities. Coordinate customer/third-party activities per terms of the purchase order, including engineering design reviews and customer review. Provide inside sales support to the Regional Sales Manager to achieve increased sales volume. Contribute to departmental policy and procedure formulation, alteration, deployment, and planning.
