Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and direct outreach to generate new business opportunities Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions Assist in the administration of benefits programs, including health, life, and property casualty insurance products Support sales processes by maintaining accurate records within CRM systems and preparing sales documentation Negotiate terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while aligning with company policies and insurance regulations Conduct analysis of client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery Collaborate with team members on client communication strategies and follow-up activities to maximize customer satisfaction Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage clients in person or via phone and digital channels Previous experience or familiarity with outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not required Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM system platforms for sales administration and analysis Knowledge of insurance products such as health, life, property casualty insurance, along with understanding of insurance regulation is a plus Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on relationship building and client communication Analytical skills to interpret data and support benefits administration initiatives Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment As a Sales Representative, you have the potential to earn commissions based on sales results, renewal income, and bonuses.
