Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledgeable, consultative service rather than high pressure sales.
• Follow up with customers on open estimates and installation proposals to answer questions and help move projects forward.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline by tracking customer communications, estimates, and project status within company software.
• Coordinate residential installation projects from initial sale through completion.
• Schedule installations by working closely with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding timelines, scheduling updates, part availability, and project expectations.
• Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and general sales support.
• Prepare job paperwork, permits, equipment orders, and installation documentation.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure all materials are available prior to scheduled installations.
• Work closely with the sales, service, and installation teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain accurate customer records and job information within company software.
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
• Lead customer account cancellations, new account set ups, and home sale follow up and follow through.
• Take ownership of open estimates by proactively following up with customers, answering questions, and helping move projects towards a successful sale.

Experience / Qualifications

• Previous customer service, inside preferred
• is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and learning new software systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing tasks

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
