We're looking for a positive, ambitious, and dependable full-time team member to grow with us. If you enjoy helping customers, are comfortable using computers, and excited to learn new technology, including AI, we'd love to meet you. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. DUTIES Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service Schedule plumbing service appointments with precision and professionalism Support company growth and operations Reach out to local businesses like restaurants and commercial facilities during slower periods Follow up with customers after completed plumbing jobs Introduce and upsell membership program benefits Learn and adapt to new technology platforms SKILLS Strong work ethic and reliability Customer service experience Sales background or willingness to learn Comfortable with computers and new technology Self-motivated and coachable Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally Attention to detail and commitment to quality JOIN US —

Compensation:

$15/hour plus 5% commission on every job booked. Strong earners reach $100,000 plus per year. Residual compensation program with long-term earning opportunities discussed during interview.
