Sales Representative - Internal Brinkman's Trailers is GROWING and we need more members of our TEAM. We are Minnesota's leading trailer dealership with customers coming from the 5-state region to purchase. Phones are constantly ringing and customers are always walking in. We are a high volume dealership looking to continue our growth. We are looking for a top-notch Sales Representative. Candidate must be a self-motivated individual who can handle a fast paced work environment. As a high-volume dealership that is looking to continue our growth, we are looking for a new team member to assist with our dealership's presence across various marketing channels. Key Responsibilities Assist with maintaining our inventory of nearly 500 trailers through detailed cateloging, photographing, and posting across multiple websites. Assist with development and placement of posts across Facebook, and other sites. Provide an exemplary sales experience to all customers Answer phone leads during busy times and collect customer information into CRM platform. Respond to website leads and provide accurate and informative details about current inventory. Understand and share details about trailer inventory to walk-in customers (training provided) Basic knowledge of parts/accessories (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience using Facebook, Craigs List Experience using CRM platforms Required Qualifications Must be social and able to converse well with customers Candidates must be able bodied and capable of lifting 100 pounds. Candidate must be a self-motivated individual who can handle a fast-paced work environment. Candidates must be willing to work outdoors and indoors on our display lot. Candidates must be willing to assist where needed. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Base pay plus monthly commission on trailer sales and accessories. We are open 6 days a week and Saturdays are our biggest sales day (open 9:00 Am - 1:00 PM on Saturdays). Flexible weekday hours for part time role, but must work Saturdays - at least 3/month. Must be able to multi-task and do other jobs as needed.
