11+ Months Job Description The Corporate Account Support Specialist plays a key role in client's Institutional business. You are the day-to-day "face" of client with key customers. The way you project yourself to customers and handle questions and concerns is critical to continued strong customer relationships. The individual in this critical role must act in a professional manner and have the business savvy to expeditiously and effectively resolve the issues and concerns of Corporate Account customers. The Corporate Account Support Specialist acts as the primary support associate for Corporate Account Managers and their aligned customers. This position requires advanced experience and understanding of standard processes, procedures and systems as well as the adaptability to address the unique needs of the customer. The ideal candidate must be highly collaborative, responsive, detail orientated, analytical, and possess strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Candidate must also be self-motivated, able to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain key relationships with external customers and internal departments to build knowledge and understanding of customer needs and expectations. Follow up on customer questions including product, credit, pricing, distribution and service, working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues. Communicate effectively and act as liaison with cross functional teams to deliver effectiveness and efficiency in day-to-day order to cash operational procedures. Create and maintain master agreements through our internal SAP system, including maintaining pricing and rebate agreements. Collaborate with various internal teams to identify, analyze, and resolve invoice discrepancies related to pricing, ensuring timely and accurate billing. Manage and maintain accurate customer master data, including all account maintenance tasks and ensuring data integrity across all systems. Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams, leveraging business and financial accumen to obtain and review financial data from P&L statements for processing legal agreements. Manage project tracking and other projects as requested. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Degree in Business or equivalent experience 2+ years of office or project management experience Customer service experience where you have directly interfaced with customers Strong business and financial acumen Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) No immigration sponsorship available for this role

Previous client experience Advanced interpersonal, relationship building skills and experience working cross functionally with key business partners Advanced proficiency in
