We're hiring an Construction Sales Representative who can walk a job, price it right, win it, and see it through to a happy customer. What You'll Do Run appointments on leads we provide, and build your own pipeline through referrals, networking and neighborhood outreach Measure and inspect homes, then put together accurate, detailed estimates Get pricing from subcontractors and suppliers and turn it into clear proposals Present proposals to homeowners and answer their questions Coordinate signed jobs with our office, crews and subs: scheduling, materials, change orders and the final walk-through Keep every customer and job updated in our CRM and estimating software What You Bring Construction knowledge in roofing, siding, windows or general remodeling (a trade, sales or estimating background all count) Strong attention to detail. Your numbers and scopes need to be right the first time.
