Job Overview Mattress Pro in Ruidoso is looking for a reliable and motivated Mattress Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on helping customers find the right sleep solutions while maintaining a professional and organized showroom environment. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect mattress solutions, demonstrate product features, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to the success of our store. Compensation Base pay + 3% commission on sales Monthly bonus opportunities based on performance Uncapped earning potential Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging communication Conduct product demonstrations to showcase mattress features, benefits, and comfort levels Assist customers with selecting appropriate products based on their preferences and budgets Assist customers in selecting mattresses, adjustable bases, and accessories Build strong relationships with customers through professional service Follow company pricing, promotions, and sales processes Meet monthly sales expectations Maintain a clean, organized, retail-ready showroom Qualifications Sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and customer focused Reliable, punctual and detail oriented Ability to work independently Cell phone required for customer communication follow up References required Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid sick time Employee discount We are willing to train the right person.
