is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to develop new business and grow existing accounts throughout NYC and Long Island . This is an outside sales position for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, finding new opportunities, and developing a territory. Responsibilities Prospect for new construction clients and develop new business. Make outbound calls, schedule appointments, and meet with contractors. Visit customers and active construction jobsites throughout the territory. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Grow existing accounts and identify new staffing opportunities. Work closely with our recruiting team to fill customer needs. Maintain accurate CRM activity and follow up consistently. Use available technology and resources to identify new prospects and opportunities. What We're Looking For outside sales, business development, staffing, or construction experience is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. Someone who enjoys being in the field and developing new business. Organized and persistent with follow-up. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What We Offer $50,000
