OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and sales presentations. Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations. Coordinate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion. Conduct customer visits and job site inspections as needed. Resolve customer concerns and maintain a high level of service. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Participate in sales training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or business development experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfortable meeting new people and asking for business. Valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record.
