Sales Representative - Palmetto Trailer World Palmetto Trailer World is looking for a motivated, competitive, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing dealership team. We are looking for someone who knows how to communicate with customers, follow up consistently, close deals, and build long-term relationships. Previous trailer experience is not required . Candidates with experience in automotive, RV, powersports, equipment, construction equipment, or other high-ticket sales environments are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Assist customers with selecting the right trailer for their needs Respond to incoming phone, internet, and walk-in leads Follow up consistently with prospective customers Generate your own sales opportunities through prospecting and relationship building Present trailer features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and available upgrades Prepare quotes and work with management to finalize transactions Maintain accurate customer and deal information in the dealership CRM Follow customers throughout the entire sales process from initial inquiry through delivery Build repeat and referral business Maintain strong knowledge of dealership inventory and products Work closely with management, finance, service, and other dealership departments Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Competitive and motivated by performance Professional and confident with customers Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and in person Organized and consistent with customer follow-up Able to work independently while being part of a team Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and dealership systems Willing to learn trailer products and specifications Driven to build their own customer base Focused on providing an excellent customer experience Hungry to grow professionally and financially Previous sales experience is preferred. Experience in automotive, RV, powersports, trailers, equipment, construction, real estate, or other commission-based sales is a plus. Compensation Competitive Base/Commission Compensation Structure This is a performance-driven sales position with significant earning potential for motivated representatives.
