BigHorn Trailers is looking for an outgoing, high-energy salesperson to join our team in Itasca, Texas! We're not necessarily looking for someone who already knows everything about trailers. We're looking for a true people person: someone who enjoys talking with customers, communicates well, follows up, and brings a positive attitude to work. Sales experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you're friendly, motivated, comfortable starting conversations, and willing to learn, you may be exactly who we're looking for. This position offers flexible hours, commission on every sale, and uncapped earning potential the more effort you put in and the more you sell, the more you can earn. There is also plenty of room to grow as BigHorn Trailers continues to expand.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers and help them find the right trailer Answer phone calls, messages, and online inquiries Follow up with customers and sales leads Explain trailer features, pricing, financing, and rent-to-own options Show trailers and make the buying process easy and enjoyable Assist with basic sales paperwork and customer pickups Help keep the sales lot clean, organized, and ready for customers Safely hook up, move, and pull trailers when needed Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
Who We're Looking For:
A friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented personality High energy and a positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence when speaking with new people Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn Someone who follows up and doesn't wait around for sales to happen Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Experience pulling trailers is preferred, but training can be provided Having a truck capable of pulling trailers is helpful, but it is not a deal breaker
