Position Overview As an In-Home Solar Sales Representative, you'll travel throughout the greater Bakersfield area to meet with homeowners, evaluate their energy needs, and recommend customized residential solar solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

Attend scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners Deliver professional solar presentations Educate customers on energy savings, financing options, and system benefits Build trust through honest, consultative selling Guide homeowners through the sales process Close residential solar agreements Maintain accurate records in our CRM platform Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills Compensation This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

Compensation includes:

Unlimited commission earnings Average commission between $1,500 and $3,000 per installation Monthly performance bonuses Target production of approximately 8 completed sales per month High earning potential for motivated sales professionals There are no commission caps, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your income through your performance.
