GreyFox is a Sales Dealership, specifically the Sales arm for more than one national Solar company, as well as companies in a range of other verticals. We are hiring Senior Closers (Level 2) — the senior role in our home battery/generator sales operation. This position has no appointment setting requirement. Materially higher per-deal economics than our entry-level sales rep. This role does come with mentor responsibility for developing Level 1 closers, allowing shadows, etc.

Deal sizes:

$25K

• 30K.

Position Description Run pre-set appointments with existing solar homeowners. Assess their system, explain recent utility changes, present battery, home generator and efficiency options. No self-gen requirement between appointments. Level 2 Closers have a requirement to mentor the new Level 1 closers — take shadows, provide feedback, help develop the team. This is a formal part of the role. Prior training experience not required; we teach that internally. Compensation

• Commission on every deal you close (variable based on economics of the deal, but roughly $1500-3500 each)
• Higher per-deal percentage than the entry-level closer
