Responsibilities ARF Solar is seeking a full-time Site Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure properties for community solar and renewable energy projects throughout Illinois. Call warm leads who have expressed interest in going solar Re-engage aged solar leads and spark new interest Cold call targeted lists Build rapport quickly and confidently Schedule qualified appointments for our Solar Sales Consultants Accurately update CRM notes and appointment details Follow up with leads to confirm scheduled appointments This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
