New Patient Sales Agent (Dental Call Center) Pelican Landing Dental

Full-Time Pay:

$24.20 - $29.14 per hour, plus bonus Are you a closer who makes people feel cared for? Pelican Landing Dental is a fee-for-service, concierge-level practice, and the way we answer the phone is where that experience begins. We're hiring a New Patient Sales Agent to own our incoming new-patient calls and turn them into booked appointments. This is a sales seat, not a front-desk or supervisor role.

Your entire focus is conversion:

giving every caller a white-glove experience from hello and turning interest into a scheduled visit. Most of our callers have never used a fee-for-service practice. They're used to handing over an insurance card and paying nothing up front. A big part of this role is confidently explaining our model, reframing cost into value, and giving people a reason to choose us over a high-volume, in-network office. Work arrangement (we're flexible for the right person)

open to fully remote candidates located anywhere in Florida who bring both a strong sales background and dental experience What you'll do Convert incoming new-patient calls into scheduled appointments Handle out-of-network and cost objections by selling the quality and value of our care Explain our fee-for-service model clearly and confidently, including how we file PPO claims on the patient's behalf Follow up on leads and unconfirmed appointments so nothing slips Keep clean, accurate notes in our practice software (CRM/PMS) What every candidate needs Proven sales ability with a track record of converting inquiries into commitments Excellent verbal communication and a warm, polished phone presence Comfort discussing fees and money with confidence Strong organization and follow-through; comfortable learning CRM/practice-management software By work arrangement

Onsite & Hybrid:

a strong sales background, skills, and competencies are required. Dental office experience is preferred (fee-for-service or concierge practice a big plus), but not required. Hybrid candidates must live within commuting distance of Estero.

Remote:

a strong sales background is required, and dental office experience is also required. Because remote team members ramp without in-person support, you'll need both the sales ability and the dental fluency to hit the ground running. Must reside in Florida.
