Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to establish rapport and identify needs Promote our products and services with enthusiasm, clearly explaining features and benefits tailored to client interest Maintain accurate records of interactions within CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move leads through to setting up appointments Utilize telemarketing scripts and sales technology adoption strategies to maximize call efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with team members and supervisors to refine outreach strategies, improve call quality, and achieve set targets Requirements Proven experience in telemarketing, inside appointment setting, or outbound calling with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) sales or customer service Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally over the phone Ability to learn company's CRM software Experience with call center operations, telemarketing best practices, and customer engagement techniques like warm calling Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and enthusiasm throughout each call session This role offers an engaging environment where your communication talents can flourish while contributing directly to our company's success.
