Disney Diamond Vacation ClubJob Overview Disney Diamond Vacation Club is looking for energetic, motivated, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Work-From-Home Vacation Sales Representatives . In this role, you will speak with prospective customers who are interested in vacation opportunities, explain available vacation packages and membership benefits, answer questions, follow up with potential customers, and help qualified customers select an option that fits their travel interests. This is a remote sales position designed for individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, following up with leads, and closing sales. If you enjoy talking about vacations, helping families plan memorable experiences, and working in a performance-driven sales environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. Responsibilities Communicate with prospective customers by phone, text, and email. Present vacation packages, promotions, and membership options clearly and professionally. Explain package inclusions, eligibility requirements, restrictions, expiration dates, fees, and other applicable terms accurately. Ask questions to understand each customer's travel interests and vacation needs. Follow up with prospective customers who have expressed interest in vacation opportunities. Build rapport and provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Handle common questions and sales objections professionally. Guide interested customers through the purchasing and registration process. Maintain accurate notes and customer information in the company's CRM system. Meet individual sales and performance goals. Participate in virtual sales meetings, coaching, and training. Maintain professional communication while working independently from home. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, hospitality, travel, call centers, or customer service is preferred. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Comfortable speaking with customers and asking for the sale. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Comfortable following up with leads consistently. Basic computer and internet skills. Ability to learn CRM, phone, and online sales systems. Professional phone etiquette. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Vacation or travel industry experience is helpful but not required.
