Hollywood, FL Job Details Full-time From $550 a week 3 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid time off Qualifications Spanish English Full Job Description A&J Insurance | Hollywood, FL35-40 hours per week | $600 weekly base for 40 hours, plus commission A&J Insurance is looking for an experienced outbound caller to help us find new commercial insurance clients. Your job is to speak with business owners, identify insurance opportunities, and set up interested prospects for a conversation with our licensed team. You do not need to quote or sell insurance policies in this role. Responsibilities Make approximately 150-200 outbound call attempts per workday. Speak with business owners and decision makers about their insurance needs and upcoming renewal dates. Generate a target of at least five qualified commercial insurance leads per week. Set appointments or arrange follow-ups for our licensed insurance team. Keep accurate contact information, call notes, and follow-up dates in our CRM. Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest. A qualified lead is a business decision maker who is open to discussing a commercial insurance quote, provides the information needed for our team to follow up, and agrees to a next step. Qualifications Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or phone sales. Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day. Able to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish. Confident speaking with business owners and handling objections. Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up. Commercial insurance experience is preferred but not required. Compensation $600 weekly base for a 40-hour schedule, plus commission for qualified results.
