We are expanding our AT&T campaign and actively hiring motivated individuals for an AT&T Representative position. This role focuses on direct customer engagement, wireless sales, account activation, and customer service support. As an AT&T Representative, you will represent AT&T wireless and internet services while guiding customers through plan options, promotions, upgrades, and new account setups. This is a performance-driven sales opportunity with strong earning potential and advancement paths.

AT&T Representative Responsibilities:

Engage customers through direct sales conversations Promote AT&T wireless plans, internet services, and bundled solutions Identify customer needs and recommend the best service options Process new customer activations, upgrades, and account changes Track leads, sales metrics, and customer interactions in CRM systems Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals Maintain compliance with AT&T sales standards and policies

AT&T Representative Qualifications:

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive mindset with goal-oriented focus Organized and comfortable tracking sales performance metrics Professional and reliable
