As a Clinical Research Assistant (CRA) , you'll support research that develops new medications and therapies for patients with diabetes, obesity, and related conditions. You'll help run study visits, assist patients, manage supplies, collect data, and ensure everything stays compliant with sponsor and regulatory guidelines—working closely with our research team every step of the way. Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm What You Bring to the Team Required qualifications and skills: CNA or CMA certification Minimum 1 year of direct patient care or research experience CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and professionalism Comfort working full-time on-site in a patient-facing role Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Preferred qualifications and skills: Experience in clinical research Knowledge of diabetes, obesity, or metabolic care How You'll Make a Difference Prepare and manage study visits, including equipment setup, devices, and supplies.

Support patients during study procedures:

vitals, ECGs, point-of-care testing, urinalysis, and other protocol-specific tasks. Assist with study documentation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Manage and track study supplies, including setup, inventory, and proper disposal. Collaborate with CRCs, research staff, and external partners to ensure smooth study conduct. Provide patient education on diabetes management, devices, and study protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment. Participate in special projects or tasks as assigned.
