BUILD A CAREER IN ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING

National Testing Solutions is growing, and we're looking for our next Field Consultant . If you're dependable, professional, good with people, and comfortable working independently in the field, we want to talk to you. Environmental experience is a plus — but attitude, reliability, and work ethic matter more. We are willing to train the right person. NTS provides environmental testing and consulting services throughout Arizona, including asbestos, lead-based paint, mold and indoor air quality, bacteria, radon, and post-remediation clearance testing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is not a desk job . You'll spend most of your day in the field visiting residential, commercial, and construction/restoration sites throughout Arizona.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing environmental inspections and assessments Collecting asbestos, mold, bacteria, and other environmental samples Performing mold and indoor air quality testing Assisting with lead-based paint inspections and testing Performing post-remediation and post-abatement clearance inspections Using air sampling pumps, moisture meters, thermal imaging cameras, XRF equipment, and other testing equipment Photographing and documenting site conditions Completing accurate field notes, diagrams, sample logs, and chain-of-custody documentation Communicating professionally with homeowners, contractors, property managers, adjusters, and other clients Transporting samples to laboratories Managing multiple appointments and adjusting to changing field schedules Maintaining company equipment and keeping your work vehicle and equipment organized Following NTS safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements

THIS POSITION REQUIRES TRAVEL NTS

services the entire State of Arizona . Most assignments are in the Phoenix metropolitan area, but Field Consultants must be willing and able to travel to outlying areas when needed, including: Tucson Flagstaff Prescott Payson Other cities and rural areas throughout Arizona Some assignments may require early departures, long driving days, extended workdays, and occasional overnight travel. Weekend work is required. Our clients operate in the restoration and property-loss industries, where testing is often time-sensitive. Your schedule may change based on customer needs and emergency projects. If you're looking for a Monday-Friday position where every day ends at the same time, this probably isn't the right position for you. If you like variety, being out in the field, working independently, and having different challenges every day, you may be exactly who we're looking for.

STARTING PAY

$22

• 25 per hour Starting pay will depend on experience, existing certifications, and qualifications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to work independently Ability to safely climb ladders and access attics, crawlspaces, and other inspection areas Ability to work indoors and outdoors in Arizona weather Ability to wear respiratory protection when required Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, email, and field-service software Willing and able to travel throughout Arizona Available for required weekend work Willing to complete company-required training and certifications

EXPERIENCE THAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD

Previous experience in any of the following is valuable: Environmental testing or consulting Water/fire/mold restoration Construction Asbestos abatement Mold remediation Property inspections Insurance restoration Industrial hygiene Building sciences Existing certifications are a major plus, including: AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector EPA Lead-Based Paint Inspector EPA Lead Risk Assessor Mold/Indoor Air Quality certifications Other environmental or safety certifications Don't have these certifications yet?
