Position Information Requisition Number Stu815P Position Type Student Worker Department Department of Student Workers Job Title Student Worker - Student Office Assistant - Office Grants, Sponsored Programs, & Research Academic Year 2026-2027 Classification Student Worker Pay Rate Starting rate $9.00/hr Position Summary Information Hours per week 10 hours per week Days Worked Flexible Hours/Shift worked Flexible (between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4 PM) Posting Detail Information Job Summary/Basic Function Purpose To support GSPR's workforce development and professional development initiatives by maintaining up-to-date information on websites and internal databases and assisting with program implementation, marketing and communications. Commitment to diversity and inclusion Preferred Qualifications Job Duties Responsibilities The Student Office Assistant will assist as needed with the following activities: 1. Provide administrative support for Nonprofit Resource Network ( NRN ) and Corporate University programs and customized training—including but not limited to enrolling participants, preparing participant materials, coordinating catering services, event support, representing the NRN at open-enrollment workshops and processing registration fees according to university policies. 2. Research content for the NRN website relevant to nonprofit issues. Upload and link researched data. 3. Assist with the implementation and analysis of research and evaluation activities conducted by the Nonprofit Resource Network. 4. Assist with the writing and distribution of regular communications such as emails, electronic newsletters, and social media posts. 5. Assist in maintaining clean databases, including but not limited to contact information for website members, consultants, organizations, etc. 6. Provide other administrative support to the NRN and The Corporate University as needed.
