- Lead to provide vocational training, direct support, and on-the-floor leadership across our employment settings. This is a floating lead role. You will directly supervise Job Coach

- Janitorial , and you will indirectly supervise member workers on assigned sites. You will also cover Café, Janitorial, and Flerish as business needs require, and complete clerical support for Employment Services when you are not on a floor or job site. Janitorial:
set expectations, model coaching standards, give feedback, and support coverage when a coach is absent Indirectly supervise member workers on site—safety, productivity, professionalism, and progress toward employment goals Protect contract, quality, and customer-service standards across café, janitorial, and Flerish assignments Escalate staffing, safety, behavior, or contract concerns promptly to the Employment Services Coordinator Assist the Employment Services Coordinator with coverage planning, calendars, and day-to-day communication for Employment Services sites Floating coverage (Café, Janitorial, and Flerish) Fill in for Job Coach

- Flerish as assigned and perform that role's essential duties for the shift Receive a site briefing at the start of each assignment (member roster, dietary or safety notes, contract expectations, open issues) and leave a clear handoff Adjust teaching style and task breakdown to the setting: café production and guest service; community janitorial crews and contract quality; or thrift donation processing, merchandising, and sales-floor support Maintain professional relationships with site contacts, café guests, store customers, and community partners Job coaching and member support Provide hands-on, person-centered coaching to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, individually and in small groups Teach workplace skills: punctuality, communication, customer service, task completion, dress, hygiene, teamwork, and professionalism Break tasks into steps that match each member's learning style and Person Centered Service Plan (PCSP) goals Monitor performance, productivity, and safety; give timely coaching and positive reinforcement Supervise members during breaks as assigned; report changes in health or behavior; complete incident reports on time Administer medication only if trained and authorized Site work when assigned Café: take orders, prepare and serve food, handle cash/tabs, restock, enter sales, keep the café clean, honor dietary restrictions
Janitorial:
instruct and supervise crews in cleaning, sanitizing, vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, trash, and safe chemical/equipment use so contracts are met
Flerish:
sort donations, identify sellable items, tag/price, stock and display, bag, provide basic customer service, and flag hazardous or inappropriate donations Clerical and administrative support Document member attendance, progress, job-performance notes, and ISP-related employment goals Enter data, file, scan, and organize Employment Services records Prepare handoff logs, checklists, meeting notes, and routine correspondence Support timesheets, mileage/site-log packets, phones, and email related to assigned coverage Maintain confidentiality and complete required meetings and trainings What you need High school diploma or equivalent Experience supporting people with developmental disabilities (employment, café, retail, janitorial, or similar vocational setting preferred) Demonstrated ability to lead others on site, change locations or tasks with little notice, and keep accurate records At least 18 years old (21 to drive Civitan vehicles) Fully ambulatory; able to lift and/or move 50+ pounds; able to stand for extended periods in a café, retail floor, or community job site Ability to pass a criminal background check (A.R.S. § 36-594 / DD-258 and fingerprint check) and a pre-employment drug screen This is a safety-sensitive position. Must obtain and maintain upon hire Food-handler card (Arizona or ANSI-accredited equivalent) before café coverage Article 9 certification CPR and First Aid Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card If assigned to transport members Valid Arizona driver's license (kept on your person while working) Current-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets insurance criteria Proof of current auto insurance and vehicle registration Preferred Experience in more than one of: food service, janitorial/custodial, thrift/retail, or supported employment Prior lead, shift-lead, or supervisor experience Comfort with data entry, filing, attendance logs, and professional email Strong communication and organization; able to walk into an unfamiliar site and run the day's plan Bilingual English/Spanish Valid Arizona driver's license and acceptable MVR Assignment is based on business need.
