Full Job Description JOB COACH-Sign On Bonus Hourly Rate:

22.00 per hour Sign on Bonus for

Active Employment:

$250 after 3 months, $250 after 6 months, and $500 after one year of employment

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

Pass a criminal clearance, physical, drug screen, and TB Test Solano Diversified Services is recruiting for Full-Time Job Coaches to support persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities at individual job sites and volunteer sites in Solano County. Below is a description of the job duties and requirements. Do you desire a job in which you can utilize your previous work and life experiences to support adults with disabilities with on the job training and support and volunteer activities Do you have the ability to work flexible schedules (hours/days) If so, this may be the perfect job for you. We are looking for full time staff to provide support to adults with disabilities in Solano County on their jobs/volunteer sites for a growing company that has been in business for over 44 years in Solano County The responsibilities of the position include: Train participants in the duties of the specific jobs and in basic work habits, i.e. reliability, dependability, personal appearance, interaction with co-workers, interaction with supervisor, appropriate work behavior. Responsible for providing one to one task analysis and task training to supported employees. Maintain ongoing data collection with regards to their goals and objectives Conduct job development for those individuals in our Tailored Day Services Program and collaborate with businesses in Solano County Assist individuals with requesting accommodations on their job
