This long-term contract is with our college client in Auburn Hills, Michigan We are looking for you to champion the success of Michigan Reconnect-eligible students as their Health Sciences Career Connectedness Coordinator . You'll shape the futures of learners ages 25+, guiding them from education to meaningful careers in nursing and allied health.
Pay rate:
$28.00 per hour

July 31, 2028

M-F 8am-5pm

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Counseling, Social Work, Student Affairs, Public Health, Workforce Development, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in higher education, workforce development, healthcare education, student services, admissions, advising, or program coordination. Experience working with adult learners or nontraditional students. Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with community organizations and employers. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and student success. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Michigan Reconnect and other state financial aid programs. Experience with healthcare education, requirements and workforce development. Experience with grant-funded initiatives.
