What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Career Coaches
• Oversee high-quality employment and vocational services
• Build relationships with employers, schools, families, and community partners
• Ensure services and documentation meet program and funding requirements
• Step in and provide direct employment support when needed What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field + 3 years of ID/DD experience, OR
• Associate degree in Human Services or related field + 5 years of ID/DD experience
• Valid NYS Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
