Summary As a Care Worker at Guardian Angel Home Health, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate support and assistance to patients in their homes. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to hygiene protocols. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times. When appropriate report any change in status of client to supervisor. Requirements Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
