Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care needs Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff members Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address resident needs, concerns, and preferences Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, as required Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations Med Tech / Direct Care Staff duties may include, but are not limited to: vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and resident assessments

Requirements:

0 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to work PART_TIME , NIGHTS, 3 DAYS

A WEEK 12 HOUR SHIFTS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and any other relevant certifications
